Current departmental SHE improvement plans

Each year STFC Departments generate Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Improvement plans. These review the previous financial year’s SHE performance and set out specific plans/actions to maintain or improve SHE performance in the coming financial year. These plans have focused on Safety performance but increasingly include Environmental improvement plans. The plans are generated at the time of the APR process to ensure that specific actions can be “cascaded” in to staff APR objectives.​
