Mandatory SHE training

Upon joining, Polaris House based staff complete the Polaris House Health and Safety Induction in Go1 (refresh required every 2 years).

Fire Safety training

Polaris House based staff complete the UKRI DSE Agile training which includes a test followed by a DSE self risk assessment. All new employees will automatically be sent this training as part of the user provisioning process and must complete all elements with a refresh every 2 years . Further details can be found in the Source.

Safe Manual Handling training
