If I do a risk assessment but miss some important hazards, will I be blamed?
No. It’s not always possible for one person to see everything – we are all human – that’s why we recommend that risk assessments are undertaken by teams of people who actually undertake the work. SHE Group provide risk assessment training to give you more confidence when undertaking assessments. It is far better to do a risk assessment, anticipating likely hazards, than not do one at all.
