How do I create a risk assessment?

Identify the significant hazards, not trivial ones. Identify who is affected by these hazards and how they may be affected. Identify what you are already doing to prevent injury and then think, “Do I need to do more” If you do, put further controls in place. Record what you have found then implement it. Finally monitor the activity and review if there are significant changes. SHE group will always advise on these if required.
